Welcome to Kingly Designs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Kingly Designs.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. About Kingly Designs

Kingly Designs offers apparel, accessories, gifts, personalized merchandise, print-on-demand products, and other products available through our online store.

Some products are produced and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. This allows products to be created after an order is placed rather than maintained as traditional inventory.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, sizes, and other information accurately.

Because products may be produced by third-party fulfillment partners, minor variations may occur between product images or mockups and the finished product.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, garment color, printing process, and other factors.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and product options when reasonably necessary.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many Kingly Designs products are printed or produced only after an order is placed.

Production and fulfillment times are separate from shipping/transit times.

Because these products are made to order, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Personalized & Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Initials
• Dates
• Numbers
• Spelling
• Images submitted by the customer
• Other custom information

Kingly Designs is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling, date, number, or personalization errors.

Once a personalized order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Pricing or listing errors
• Product unavailability
• Technical errors
• Suspected unauthorized use of intellectual property
• Orders that cannot legally or practically be fulfilled

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Production, shipping, tracking, delivery estimates, address requirements, lost packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged merchandise, defective products, incorrect products, and other post-delivery issues are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kingly Designs name, branding, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content, text, logos, and other original creative materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Kingly Designs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical Kingly Designs product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design to the purchaser.

Unless Kingly Designs provides express written permission, customers may not reproduce, copy, digitize, distribute, resell as artwork, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from Kingly Designs' original artwork or digital designs.

This provision does not restrict the lawful resale of a legitimately purchased physical product where such resale is protected by applicable law.

11. Customer-Submitted Content

If you provide photographs, artwork, names, logos, text, or other material for a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may decline a custom order if we reasonably believe submitted material violates another person's rights or applicable law.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, sales, and discount codes may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or purchase requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined.

Promotional offers have no cash value.

13. Third-Party Services

Our online store and order fulfillment may rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, and service providers.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
